Pre-orders can be cancelled and refunded up to 2 days before the official release date of the product. After this time, cancellations will not be accepted.

We will make every effort to source and fulfill all pre-orders, but fulfillment is not guaranteed. If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

The R400 deposit option allows customers to reserve a product by paying a deposit. The remaining balance must be paid before or within 14 days after we receive the product.

If the remaining balance is not paid within 14 days, the product will be listed for general sale. If the product is sold to another customer, the deposit may be refunded at our discretion.

The R400 deposit is non-refundable under normal circumstances.

Customers are responsible for knowing the full price of the product before placing a deposit. A misunderstanding of the price does not entitle the customer to a refund of the deposit.

If an item arrives damaged, you may request a refund upon return of the damaged item.

Replacements for damaged items are not guaranteed, as stock availability may vary.

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a return or refund for damaged goods.

If we take longer than 2 months from the date Wizards of the Coast (WOTC) ships the product to deliver it to you, you may request a full refund.

We aim to ship all items in a timely manner. Shipping times may vary based on availability, supplier delays, customs, and other logistical issues outside our control.

We are not responsible for courier-related delays once a package has been shipped.

All prices are listed in ZAR (South African Rand).

Prices are subject to change without notice prior to full payment.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the case of pricing errors or stock issues.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately . Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any revisions.
