Returns Policy
The following is Secrets Direct's official return policy

All products that we receive are inspected for damages and tampering before shipped to the client. In the off chance we receive a product that is damaged or tampered with, We will notify the buyer and attempt to get a replacement of the product. If I replacement can not be optained a full refund will be given.
Due to Secrets Direct inspecting all outgoing orders damages should be non existent, in the very off chance that the product gets damaged in transit from us to the buyer a full refund will be given. The faulty product will first have to be shipped back to us on the buyers expense and will then be inspected.

Orders that have been delivered and that is not damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
"In-transit to ZA" orders and orders in stock that haven't been yet shipped to the buyer are eligible for a refund.​

Direct orders and Pre-Orders are not eligible for refunds. This refers to orders that have been placed and not been delivered yet. Direct orders and Pre-Orders that have been damaged will be refunded.
