We will then come back to you with the price we found withing 36 Hours.

You can then confirm the order and we will then go ahead and import it and ship it to your home.

We do not exclusively import products that are on the Secret Lair website, Though if the product you want is still available there we can import it at the usual price of R999 for non-Foil and R1199 for Foil. let us know as soon as possible so that we can snag it for you before it becomes out of stock.

Can I return a product?

Yes, absolutely. You can return any product as long as it is still sealed.
Why does shipping take so long for pre-orders?

Secret lairs are ordered in bulk from the US and shipping from them to the Secret Direct facility does unfortunately take a while.
Who will deliver my package?

We exclusively use the services of The Courier Guy.
Can I collect my order?

If you are based in Bloemfontein you can choose Raven's Place a pick up location at checkout and we will be in contact soon to make pick-up arrangements for you.
